Hey Mama! I'm Michelle, Certified Personal Trainer, Mobility Specialist, Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist, Bodywork Practitioner, Sound Bath Practitioner, and 500 Hour Trained Yoga Teacher. Most importantly, I'm a mama to a spirited 3 year old and currently pregnant with another.
During my first pregnancy, I gained 50lbs, endured 36 hours of unmedicated labor, required an emergency C-section, and came out of it with intense postpartum anxiety.
That journey taught me that motherhood is about discovering strength, grace, and balance within a new version of yourself and honoring the changes along the way.
Vital mamas was born from that transformation. Now, in my second pregnancy, I created Balanced Body for Birth because I believe this is your time to feel calm, capable, and connected as you prepare for birth and beyond.
